I was awaken by this call frm simei ite, they asked me if i was free on wed n thurs coz they needed ppl. yeah! im starting work tmr! although officially it's on friday. haha.
So, yup working hrs would be 9am-6pm, usual timing for admin work.
yup, the agency just called me nt long ago to ask me to send my resume to them so tt they can confirm my pay. heh. im hoping at least 6.50 or better still 7! haha. but scully 6. =x
Apart from this, i went down to raffles place ystd to check out this book scanning job & yup got it too! shiya would be working too!
This job would just take up two of my sundays 3rd and 17th feb & the pay is $8 per hr, yayness! haha. It will be a 8am-8pm job but on the first day i have to reach there an hr earlier. =(
This means i have to wake up uber early man unless daddy's willing to fetch me. hahaha. coz the place's at tampines near safra. But feel bad waking him up tt early thou. hah.
Anyways was kinda shocked tt they have graveyard shifts, then they say it's coz by the end of feb they have to finish scanning 2 to 3 million books! i was like WAH! haha. which means in a week they have to have at least 100,000 books scanned! hah. i dunno why but i found it amazing. hahaha.

oh and i cant wear jeans to work tmr, the dress code is office wear.
& i have no office wear! hah.
guess i'll have to dig my closet and find something to wear. =)

im so lazy to blog nowadays, i think the lazy bug is back. haha.
So, the results for o'levels were out on thurs & bro's decision so far is to go jc. =)
Well, it just totally reminded me of my A's. I started thinking bout it & the more i think abt it the more worried i got.
It wont be long before it's my turn to collect my results and by then would i be a disappointment or would i be able to make my parents proud?
My only regret would be tt i dun think i gave my 100%, nope i didnt.
It's really easy to say tt if things dont turn out well, i can always retake as a private(no way am i gg back to sch. =x) but i seriously dun wanna go back to that life again! like who would? lol.
Anyways, im gonna get more paranoid if i continue. haha.

SO, digressing..
the ite person called the other day and told me tt i can start work on 1st feb in the HR department! woo! like finally!
i hope there wouldnt be anymore changes plz coz im getting tired of finding a job.
&& shiya got the ite job too! yeah! i have company!
But she'd be working in another building, more of customer service i think. Still, its k we can still meet up for lunch!
& she was telling me tt they do manicure inside the school! how cool is tt?! HAHA. & it's gonna be cheaper, so we can go have our nails done for new year! woo!

su zhen also told me tt there's this book scanning job tt needs ppl on the 3rd and 17th feb and its 8 per hr! of course i wan la! haha. i need money badly! told shiya bout it too & she's interested! but it's nt guaranteed tt we'll get it, will try calling them up on mon first.

i think my earliest source of income now is CNY! HAHA.
yeaps. i cant wait for it to come! i dunno why but i've always been excited bout CNY since i was young. haha.

It's mummy's bday today.
Had dinner together but w/o bro coz he has class chalet.
So, we went to this vegetarian restaurant at bukit timah coz mum's vegetarian.hah.
ohhh, food was so good!
One of the best vegetarian restaurants i've been to. haha.
It's at coronation plaza called miao yi.

Anyways, guess who i saw? haha. I saw chen liping, her husband and her son.
she looks much better in real life, so does her husband.
We were still discussing tt he looked like one of my cousins.HAHA.

I bought mummy flowers, her favourite. haha.
& an address book. hah. must be thinking wad a cheapo rite?
But i really didnt noe wad to get so i asked mum what she needed so she said an address book so got her one, a pretty one. =) I 'll make it up for mother's day!
I loved the wrapping! It's only $10!

Celebrated Mummy's bday in advance ystd, it's supposed to be on tuesday but bro isnt free on tues.
We went to mandarin hotel's pine court. Food was damn good la! haha. Unfortunately din get to take any pics of the food.
Prices of the food were really steep! but then mum gt this 50% voucher. haha which made it worth it.

On sun, mummy and i accompanied bro for his new year shopping. haha.
He's so decisive on what he wants!
He'll look good this new year thanks to my GOOD taste. hahaha! okay but he must also agree on what i recommended. heh.
Prices were kinda steep for some of the shirts but he argued saying tt he only gets his clothes like once a yr so its ok compared to me i spend a lot throughout the year! haha. oh wells.
& mummy agreed so nth to say! hah.

On tues, went ktv-ing wif shiya despite having a sore throat. haha. but apparently, my throat felt so much better! shiya said coz mayb i 'opened my vocals' HAHA.
havent seen her for many many days coz of her trip to hong kong.
was quite surprised to hear her say tt hk ppl are rude. hah.
i always tot they were known to be well-mannered ppl. =x
Anyways its fun and shiok jus ktv-ing wif shiya coz u get to sing so much! haha.

On wed, went for the simei ite interview wif shiya and aloy.
Interview was ok but prolly we only get to start work nxt month? & tts so long!
I really dun wanna keep dragging.

so, shiya told me bout this job at ubi pach park. Its admin job and 6 per hr.
The company's called dynamotion? haha. nv hear before but it deals wif semiconductors and stuff. tink so.
i agreed on taking this job alr. feel quite bad for mum coz she was the one who recommended me to the simei ite job.=x
so if everything goes well i'd be starting work nxt mon! yeah! money! hahaha.
But still kinda apprenhensive bout it. hah. i suppose its coz of the environment.


Anyways there's sth esle i wanna blog about!
bus fares and taxi fares! OMG! so freaking expensive!
esp bus fares im so nt used to the 'di' sound n i dun like it! haha. coz tt means u have to pay more! & the thing is i keep forgetting to tap my card before i leave the bus! ARRGh! IM SO NT USED TO IT! & ITS EATING UP MY MONEY!!!

I finally met up wif my class ppl ystd! haha.
Our class had a 1 day chalet at downtown!
actually it's the first time that i had a one day chalet. haha. but anyways no choice coz many of them had to work the nxt day i think.
It was really good catching up wif those people! esp seeing the gals again! miss u all so much la! but so sad chin couldnt come!
yeah so almost all of them are working alr i think im one of those who are still idling ard.lol. but im gonna start work soon! i hope! if the interview goes well!

The guys wanted to go OCH. haha.
But ended up not gg. coz wad if the guys ended up freaking out more than us? then how? LOL.
so, we stayed in the room, played card games which was kinda fun coz everyone was able to play.
after zhiyi and suzhen left, we off the lights and started sharing ghost stories. hahaha.
yupyup. after tt watched a hk manjong movie. We only decided on watching this movie after changing like 3 dvds? haha.
but it was hilarious! lol.

haha. and i actually do agree wif them! LOL.

Btw, i might be gg back to playing piano for real to finish up grade 7 then 8. It takes time though. Hopefully i wont give up.haha. coz the pieces are like so boring and tough. That's the worst type of pieces to play even my piano teacher agrees! hahaha.
yup, tt'd mean that i have to juggle between work and practicing my piano. geez.=x

ystd and today was spent mostly at parkway. haha. like why parkway rite?
well,parkway's upgraded a lot compared to before and im really sian of gg to town and vivo's just too big for me. hahaha.
BUT, the main reason is coz of the sales tt's gg on.
was at parkway ystd wif jiayi and keli and i only managed to get a pair of shorts. =( everything i looked at seemed to be new arrivals. ahhh!! why?! coz this means no discount!
so, i went back and told mummy abt it. haha.

i went back to parkway agn wif mummy today and oh man shopping wif mummy means REAL shopping!
Digressing, the jumper tt i wanted frm fox, dosent have my size anymore.so, mayb im nt fated to have it.=x
Back to my shopping, i bought
4 tops frm mango.
1 top frm fox.
1 3/4 frm s&k.
hahaha. yeah! im a happy gal now! =)))

We were supposed to meet up at parkway's kbox for k-lunch but i didnt noe tt it closed down alr! haha. it became some bank. =x

2nd jan:
Wed was such a fun day! haha.
Jiayi's sister wanted to try out her new camera coz she was supposed to photoshoot some wedding event,sth liddat. haha.
Anyways,jiayi called shiya,keli and i to join her for the photoshoot but too bad shiya couldnt make it.
But still the three of us had fun taking photos. haha! Jiayi's sister was great la. =)
When we were there i was super amatuerish. LOL. But wad to do? havent done anything like tt before!

Anyways, guess where the photoshoot was? haha.
It was at changi village but no nt the beach but a hotel! I didnt even noe tt there was a hotel there! && its like so high class, jy's sis said tt its 6 star? haha
