EXAMS ARE FINALLY OVER ON 15TH MAY!

right now its the results that im really worried about!
especially econs! sigh all im asking for now is jus a pass.

But oh well i guess there's nothing much i can do about it except to pray hard that everything turns out well!

And soooo it's PLAY TIME!!! hahaha.
I finally finally got a new phone!
It's hello LG KU990 Viewty and bye bye lousy motorola spare phone!
haha. It became really bad like it'd become low bat immediately after a call(i might not even get a chance to pick up the call!!) and so my phone would last me for like half a day or less even though it was fully charged!

and shiya got her new phone too! coz hers was getting a lil cranky too. LOL.
she brought me ard Tampines 1 that day! Loads of new/weird shops. haha.
and we settled for MANPUKU for dinner! food was pretty okay and kinda expensive.
okay i think it depends on what ur ordering. It's sashimi and all in my opinion is very much over-priced! very marche-style also. =)
But the ambience was really nice i must say! Loved the sakuras they had! and that explains the images of sakuras on the phone. haha.

6th March:
I finally saw 小猪 in person!
thanks to shiya! haha she told us that he will be here in s'pore for an autography session at east point!
Was there with sesames! =)
We were there pretty early but there were loads of ppl alr!

I swear i was screaming at the top of my lungs when he came out!

He looks good on tv but even better in person! 帅惨了！hahaha. i really couldnt stop raving about how freaking good lookin he was!

We love mr pig! =D

25th March:

Sesames came over to my place to swim! But maybe i shouldnt use the word swim coz we barely swam! We ended up talking and playing ard in the pool. hahaha.

WORST thing was we were so engrossed with wad we were doing that we didnt know that we spent 4 hrs under the blazing hot sun!

Worst timings to stay under the sun man, 10am-2pm!!!

gosh when i came out of the pool i was literally BLACK! omg. and when evening came, totally resembled a RED LOBSTER!

Suffered the consequences for a few days with super bad sunburn on my shoulders!

before it started peeling so uber GROSSLY! omg damn gross i swear! fiona can be my witness! HAHA.

But thank goodness it's so much better now! thanks to my Nivea Avocado Oil! =*)

M.A.R.C.H.

March has been pretty good so far coz prelims are FINALLY over!

But gotta start hitting the books agn after giving myself a week or so break. haha.

The finals are coming real soon! And it only hit me like a few days ago. :/

I guess i just have to keep telling myself that i should give it my all during this period of time till the finals anyway its jus abt a mth away and after that i will have many months of play waiting for me!

haha i feel more motivated whenever i tell myself this.

15 & 16 March:

We celebrated Jiayi's birthday at SENTOSA! =)))

It was a 2 day-1 night stay at one of the sentosa huts which jiayi booked!

And so on the day itself, shiya and i hurried to sentosa to decorate the hut before jy comes. It was a mad rush that day! Trying to coordinate with keli and iris who were with jiayi, trying to not reveal the surprise and also to stall time!

Shiya and i also had to rush get some last min items! haha.it was great workout. LOL.

The balloons! which shiya blew! haha yah almost all! coz i think i only blew 2??

Bangs! but we want it longer!

But i kinda like the rushing here and there to get stuff! it was as if we were in some sort of amazing race.haha.

We couldnt stay for long coz we had a movie to catch!

rushed to the cinema and lucky we were not late! caught DEPARTURES! i thought it was a great movie! Loved the guy who acted it! He was really comical!

Departures though is about dead people but it aint scary at all. haha.

A very heart-warming story in fact! It makes u appreciate the job of an encoffineer. =)

19 March:

Met up with sesames for lunch and movie!

We decided on Hog's Breath at Vivo coz there's Set lunch special! haha.

But i thought the food was okay only, not that good in fact. :/ haha.

Audrey was damn funny la she was either looking at me and fio or sms-ing haha so i think she only watched 1/4 of the show? =p LOL.

We had stats revision lecture. yupp lessons started alr but it'll be all rev lects.

and this time round we have lecturers who flew down from london and thou it's only the first lect but i alr think they are better than the locals! haha.

funny how we tried to speak like them, u know the british accent they've got. LOL.

Hello world!
i realise it's been nearly a month since i last blogged.
being lazy is one but mainly's because my life has been soooooo boring!
It's almost like a routine, doing the same things over and over again.
and today printed out last yr's poa prelim paper, wanted to try it out to see how much i could do.
but gosh i couldnt even rmb the formulas, the concepts and all seemed to have all flown out of the window.
sucks.
and that's the reason why i hate starting my revisions early! because of my how i wish i could strangle it to death STM-SHORT-TERM MEMORY.
i can rmb stuffs pretty easily but they dont stay for long.
and now it's like damn sian to read thru them agn! rahhhhhhhh.
told mum about this and she says it's coz i dont practice enough and so the theories and all are not really etched in my head which i think made alot of sense la.
buttttt it still feels rather demoralising. =(

and at times i wonder why am i stressing myself so much when it's just prelims that wont even be counted into the final exam?

I REALLY CANT WAIT FOR EXAMS TO END! I WANNA GO OUT AND PLAYYYYY!
haha okay i sound like a deprived kid but i feel like really deprived!

anddddd my hair's screaming for a haircut. yah it's telling me cut whatever u want but just do something about it. haha.
my hair's so dry, thick and damn long now.

GONG XI FA CAI!

CNY this year was pretty much like every other year. Loads of visiting which dosent equal to alot of ang paos. Coz mum's side especially, they have this tradition of visiting each and everyone's hse, so ur practically meeting the same ppl just that in different houses. haha.

ang pao money fortunately did not half! LOL.

and plus the money bro owed. okay im finally not that broke anymore. hahaha.

Visitings lasted till 初三 but not much pics were taken using my cam most are with the uncles/aunties.

It was to Sentosa! (dont say i didnt warn you! it's gonna be a wordy post.)
well it was supposed to be the 4 of us but it ended up with jus the 3 of us-adolphus,jacinth and me coz carolyn couldnt come last min. :/

our initial plan was to jus hang ard del mar, was pretty excited bout it coz i havent been there before!
jus lie on the bed and slack the noon away.
but it turned out that our bill have to at least total up to 100 if we wanna use the bed. (we were only left with the beds coz the single beds were either occupied alr or not open to public yet.)
like wth 100???!!! and it's not as if their beds are very clean!
totally not worth the money. but sadly adol said the other time when he came this 'rule' didnt exist yet. haha how suay.
luckily jacinth brought her mat so both of us jus kinda laid there to tan while adol as usual did his swim plus run. haha i know u must be thinking who on earth does this kinda thing when they go to sentosa, well now u know! LOL.
surprisingly, there wasnt any awkwardness when jacinth and i were left alone. haha. prolly coz i didnt really think much about it. =)
it almost felt like we were having a mini picnic. haha.
and i must admit i felt really blah when wearing my bikini.
felt so fat and gross especially beside jacinth! i really need to lose weight man!
after adol came back from his game of soccer with some of his num frens he met, went down the water and gosh it was really cold!
so we didnt really stay in there for long.
washed up and went over to vivo!

we were all famished by then.
had dinner(which was only 4 plus) at Thai Express and we ordered a bowl of tom yam soup with fish and kang kong with im nt sure wad but both are like superrrrrrrrrr spicy! and we ordered something esle individually.
gosh the spice was so bad that adol's nose kept running. haha. tissue was like filling up on that side of his table. LOL. but i must say he cant really take spicy stuff. and as for me, surprisingly, didnt tear or had any runny nose or wadsoeva that day! very proud of myself! haha. just ended up with my lips burning red. :/
and hahaha we gossiped. :/// LOL. adol actually went ' GOSSIP TIME!'

after dinner hurried to book tickets for Red Cliff 2 and luckily there were still sits for the 8.30 slot! and so since there was time we went shopping! well ended up giving up on my supposed cny shopping coz there were like so many ppl and prices were kinda steep.
we helped adol with his. it was shoe hunting from one shop to another and finally ended up with a Lacoste shoe. i swear i was dead tired by then and hungry agn!
craved for ice cream and so did the other 2! =)

went over to giant and bought 2 tubs of Ben and Jerry's! strawberry cheesecake and chunky monkey! and our 99 cents drink. LOL.
smuggled all these together with the leftover chips and sweets from sentosa into the cinema! hahaha and we thought we were damn cool. HAHA.

I thought red cliff 2 was pretty good not as bad as how some say though not all of it really happened in history. coz i dont think they are that 'high -tech' in terms of thinking yet. haha. there were some parts that were kinda funny too.
so i think overall it isnt too bad la. worth watching! =)
and we actually finished our 2 tubs of ice cream! haha.

All in all, i really enjoyed myself that day! I mean to be honest i was quite doubtful about the whole thing initially but it turned out to be pretty fun! we shld have more of this kinda outing! next time ONG SIHAN FIONA u must come! hahahaha.
(i was telling jacinth the 4 of us can jus form one clique alr. or esle blame it on adol's ren yuan. LOL.)

Today.
I went shopping for my cny clothes with mummy! and i finally got my clothes!
happyyyyyyyyyy! so im pretty much done alr prolly except for my shoes. i wanna get new ones! =D
helped bro shopped for clothes too coz he's too busy with schoolwork. poor thing.
haha.

anyway, i now conclude that shopping is really tiring.
super wordy post coz didnt really take much pics.

sadly, i wont be getting my clothes. =(((((((((
damn sad ah. coz i reallyyyy like the clothes i ordered!
so okay i think i am damnnnnnn suay! for the dress i ordered, there's actually 2 colours one hot pink and the other light grey.
but the gal miscalculated or sth and it's the light grey dress that she has only 1 left which i dont like. :/
and as for the top, the gal told me that when she was about to mail it out she found out some defect and so she obviously cant sell it anymore.
well at least she was honest enough.
so yah got my refund but damn suay right! i cant even get anyone one of them! now i have to shop for cny clothes agn and i cant seem to find anything nice out there.
damn sad. ahhhh i really like the dress luh! =(((((((

but anyway moving on to something even more depressing.
the prelims are coming! dated to be 23rd feb!!!
superrrrrrrrrrr soooooon!!! and i feel so unprepared, not motivated and super lax.
everyone's like starting to get all worried, trying to mug as hard as they can.
people who always skipped lectures are coming back for lectures. haha!
but why is that i dont feel the least stressed or pressurized?

My body clock's damn screwd.
it's 3am alr and im still not sleeping.
i've been slping at almost 4 or 3 plus everyday and waking up only during noon time. haha.

A Secret Affair.

That was the theme for this year's UOL Bash and Pageant 2008 which was held at Zouk.
The performance and all was jus alright and bad because half the time we couldnt hear what those people were talking about.
so basically i think the only few people who were REALLY entertained were those pack of ppl wayyyyyy infront. haha.

To be honest, if it wasnt to support adolphus, i dont think i would have gone. haha coz the number of ppl who went frm the OG was reallyyyyyyy little.

haha lesson learnt from before. and so im stuffing myself with food before taking in any alcohol.

HAPPY 2009 MY DEAR FRENS!!!

It's the start of another new year!
and im hoping 2009 would be much much better than 2008!
coz 2008 hasnt been really good to me.
but im just really glad to have my frens ard pushing me on.
being there during my lowest and happiest moments.

im gonna cast all unhappy stuffs aside and start from zero.=)
it shall be a brand new beginning! *feels that the air is fresher now*

and anyway, guess wad my phone is spoilt!!!! (so dont sms or call for the time being!)
sadness gawd noes how am i gonna survive!
i was whining the whole day telling my mum umpteen times that my phone's spoilt.
haha.

but haha wad a great time for it to be spoilt.
on 1 january 2009.
when i wanna let certain things go and yet somehow cant.
now i dont have to think about how am i gonna deal with it.
i suppose if i repair it, it'll be all gone.
better still, if i get a new phone.

even heaven's helping me out.

K BOX WITH SESAME STREET CHARACTERS!

It was k box with the babes! and haha louis was supposed to come but somehow he didnt. anyway main thing is, he is quite affected by it. LOL.
There's always a nxt time! =D

K box was as usual super fun plus crazy! haha.
we danced, jumped, screamed(till our throats hurt). haha esp shiya, it was so bad that she sounded like ah du! but luckily it became better after awhile!

sang some old songs like 爱不怕, 大眼睛. HAHA. i think songs last time were so much more simple and thus happier.
fio kept singing this throughout the whole session, '是谁,在敲打我窗' (i hope i got the lyrics right.) yeah u noe the song by cai qin.
looked for the song and we ended up with 不了情. coz fio was super confident that it's the song she's looking for. the rest of us were all kinda in doubt coz we remembered it to be something esle.

and so it was something esle, ended up laughing like crazy!

But with the platform tilted to a certain degree and at the same time the individual 'teacups' will also start rotating! haha. sounds intimidating right! but it wasnt at all! very fun in fact!

the screaming made it so much more fun!

and then we headed to the haunted house! well, it wasnt supposed to be that scary! but i mus admit the statues and all were really gross! there was no one coming out to scare us or anything. IT WAS THE GUYS! gawd. they were scaring the hell out of us. esp yj! haha. he'd come out frm no where and start screaming or jus scare u frm behind. madness i tell you! we screamed frm start till end and we kept complaining why was the walk sooooo long! LOL.

anddd yup! we finally took the mini coaster ride! fun tooo!

this time round i sat right in the middle with jialin and yj beside me.

anddd it wasnt as bad as the first coz i sat lower down! HAHA.

dinner there was pretty good. it's a self-service kinda thing. anddd prices are so much cheaper! one plate of sushi only costs 99cents! and the raw salmon was really fresh!

After dinner, we decided to play some board games at Nebo cafe. Concept's something like mind's.
stayed there for an hr coz it's 3 per hr.

we were all super shag by then.

Life's been a tad busier, filled with all sorts of activities.
which is goood! im not complaining coz it keeps me occupied and not think of other unimportant stuffs.
But the bad thing is i cant find the time to study!
and i have econs test this coming thurs , poa and pbf test the next tues, on the same day!!!
oh man. and i dont wanna do badly for them. i mean if nt wads the pt in taking the test, right?

On a lighter note, i got full marks for stats test! hahaha.
okay well alot of ppl did i think.
coz it was really easy. im nt trying to boast but i mean it really was la if not how can so many ppl get full marks right! haha. it's way easier than jc stats jus more tedious. haha if exam's are gonna be like that then it'll be damn gooood! :D

I ALSO WENT FOR WAKEBOARDING ON FRIDAY!!!

and i so agree with it man!
i mean the whole experience from it was priceless.
from the fantastic weather. haha coz it wasnt blazing hot.
slightly cloudy and windy.
plus the ride on the speedboat,with wind blowing on ur face,music blasted,waves,great scenery and the shoutings.
PRICELESS!
i never felt so relaxed!
i almost felt like i was in another country.
but have to really thank boon our instructor cum driver and gary for guiding us thru!
boon was really nice! super friendly! haha. and very hip for his age i think! LOL.
able to mingle with us. hahaha.
so if u ever get the chance to wakeboard do try it! coz its really really fun! haha. prolly except for the gulps of saltwater i drank. super gross.
apart from that, everything was great!

Felt like an old woman the next day when i woke up.
I was aching all over! had difficulties squeezing dry my hair, brushing my teeth etc etc.
that was how bad the ache was.
but still, pulled myself to tanjong pagar for a job interview in prudential.
haha yeah ironically prudential.
it's telemarketing that i'll be doin if i get selected. jus nida sell the product then help them bk appointment tts all. and its 8 per hr! only on sats 10am to 2pm.
so i figured maybe i'll try this out first then give tuition later or sth.
interview went pretty smoothly coz the interviewers were pretty jovial ppl. LOL.
but then im nt sure if they wld want me coz mummy's in prudential oso.
so u noe conflict of interests. like they said.

after that went over to telok blangah to listen to a talk by chen ming an.
it was alright. =)

Last week was a really busy week! but very fulfiling!
the main highlights of the week was the beach vb competition and the og outing! =)
the beach vb comp was held on sat and so we went over to sentosa on wed to have our rustie training! hahaha. yuppp our team's called rustie. coz we are indeed rusty alr. havent been touching the ball for a looong time!
we managed to play with 2 diff grps of ppl the other day.one was a grp of army guys and the other was a grp of 3. andddd the gal was really really pretty! she looked totally like an ABC but she said she's nt. both parents are pure chinese. anddd she's an air stewardess! damn cool la! she was telling us that she was gonna fly over to new york the nxt day and be back only end of mth. to be able to travel ard..what a blessing it is. haha. anyway she's called regina. really nice person too!
fiona wanted to take a pic with her but we looked damn cui after the game. so didnt. but anyway she left her contact with us so maybe if we ever meet up agn, we'll take the pic tgt! haha!

Then it was on sat, the day of the competition!
It was held at Tanjong beach, the most budget of all. haha.but due to tight funds, no choice. we had to be there at 8.15am! damn early! had to pull myself up at ard 5.30am. plus i had og outing the previous night. really tired.
but the gals brightened up my day! hahaha. made me a tad more awake. =D

(inside joke) but anyway, upon arriving, we were received by this. she was initially wrapped up like a cacoon, in the middle of nowhere, under the blazing sun! like weird rite. then after awhile like this in the middle of nowhere. haha okay i prolly shldnt be saying too much. :/

Some random pics frm FOC camp and bash! which i koped frm everywhere. hahaha.

The camp was held at aloha loyang and my grp was OG 3! Thus our grp colour on that day was yellowwww!

But then was really late by the time i reached there. thing is i thought that the ogls had alr told them why i was gonna be late. so i didnt really bother explaining abt why i was late. haha. so okay nvm.but i just could feel that they were bothered by the fact that i was late. coz as the day went by, one by one(most of them guys thou)came to ask why was i late. HAHA.

This was our first challenge! we were supposed to use the strings to balance the tennis ball. So we had to pull the string real tight in order to balance it.

and 2 of the selected individuals were blindfolded! loads of teamwork needed. haha. but fun! coz after the whole thing u'd feel sucha sense of acheivement. LOL.

cleaned up and it was time to meet the sp! okay nt face to face but back to back and blindfolded. andd i swear our og made a big hoo ha out of it. the guys pretended to be gays, bar top dancers etc etc. the most absurb things u can think of. and the gals too tried to be funny. HAHA. but it was all out of fun. and anyway it can always be cleared the nxt day. LOL.

and we got to meet our SPs and had our 'candlelight dinner'.

my sp, kelvin and i were one of the suay couples made to go up onstage to dance the sp dance infront of everyone! haha! those up there are those who chose their sp wrongly. the guys were suppose to guess who they think their sp (based on the night before's conver.) is before our ogls reveal it.

Updates!

I've confirmed for wakeboarding alr! so have shiya,fiona and bryan! It's dated 24th oct! soon soon! :D but it's such an expensive sport.

-once would be enough, just for the experience. haha!

Unless, i feel rich one day...

But still we'll see, i may end up not liking the sport.

Tracking back to 2 sats ago,
I met up with my SP, kelvin for lunch! But the lunch came abt coz of some misunderstandings. haha.

On msn- kelvin: hey i msn-ed u. haha. free now?

I think i was away or sth so i took kinda long to reply. By the time i replied, he was about to leave for his jog alr. So okay nvm. I saw him online agn, at night.

Me: hey. u gaming now?

hahaha my guess was right. so i said okay dun disturb u alr. then our conversation ended. and sooo the very next day he sms-ed in and asked if i wanted to have lunch with him. I was kinda like huhhhh. hahaha. u'll get why i say huh if u noe him.

But anyway i went ahead with lunch. Okay, digressing a little. OMG! i rode on his bike! superrrrr cool plus fun! was scary initially i mean i havent riden on a motor bike all my life! but then it actually aint that scary! hahaha. But i must say he's a fast driver! which is the thing that made the ride fun? haha.

Okay back to the point. I asked him wad was his purpose for asking me out for lunch. and then he said it was because he thought i had something to say to him. hahaha. when in fact i had nth to say to him! i thought he was the one who had something to say to me.LOL. big misunderstanding. but ok la at least i got to ride his bike! hahaha.

Last mon, shiya and jiayi came over to swim! I brought my float boards down, fortunately i had 3 so one each! hahaha. and they never knew there's so much fun one can get out of the floats. Like sitting on it, is one! LOL.

After lunch, we headed over to xin wang cafe at siglap! food was okay lah. prolly except for jiayi's hotpot. it turned out that the hotpot looked totally diff frm the pic, like too much diff! and it was almost like water plus rice. well didnt expect pao fan to be really rice with water. haha.jy was super disappointed and requested for a change. thank goodness the waitress was nice enough! i mean considerin that we ate a couple of spoons alr. haha.

and then was desserts! i forgot wad it's called, mango snow ice or sth. anyway it's really good! esp the ice cream. haha. but huge!

and i heard frm shiya that the stunts he did were all done in a shot and no subs coz he wants his expressions to be more real.

amazing if it's true. coz i still had the thinkin that some of the stunts were computerized or sth. his expressions were hilarious. haha.

andd jus when i tot it was gonna end there was a twist. I think the twist saved the movie thou. hahaha.

Last sat, went over to east coast to watch the FINA OPEN SWIM!

SDL participated in the 3km open swim.

super blessed. it didnt rain that day.

weather was really good not too sunny also.

but the waves were kinda strong.

i could alr tell how hard it was jus by looking at them swim.

but haha sdl wasnt last!

seeee i told u, u wont be last! LOL.

after his swim, amazingly he still had the energy to swim agn!

so he came over to swim another 22 laps! madness. but still i lost him in 50m breastroke. wth. HAHA.

then parkway-ed. =)

Then on mon, it was swimming with the gals again!

swimming with the gals is always fun! no worries, no awkwardness, no cares no nothing! haha. we were super blessed agn! weather was great! i helped them with their swimming. anddd they improved! esp jy can swim side by side me alr! hahaha. but no worries sy with my coaching,i'll see u swimming beside me in no time! HAHA. k la im nt tt gd but hey u improved too! =)))

After the swim we headed over to royal's cafe! siglap area.

food was jus average. haha.

but we kinda got doped for the desserts.

coz we were initially attracted by their wide range of cakes and low prices.

BUT it turned out to be a real disappointment! i think only the oreo cheesecake was passable.

haha! see how much we ordered!

we had carrot cake, oreo cheesecake, brownie, light cheesecake and truffle.

i dun think i'll go back there agn unless for their oreo cheesecake but i can get better ones frm cheesecake cafe! haha.

After we left the place, it started to be a little cloudy.
how lucky we are. haha.

My eyes were as swollen as a goldfish's eye today. sucha loser.
But thank goodness it's so much better now, almost back to normal.
If nt i'd definitely get a lot of weird stares in sch tmr. haha.

Had a little me day today.
Went over to orchard hotel for tony romas for lunch with mummy.
Coz there's this one-for-one thing.
had my ribs! very satisfying! made me feel really good! =)
After that, mummy had to go meet her clients so off i went.
Walking ard town.
Almost aimlessly.
Coz didnt really have the mood to shop or had anything in particular to look at.
trained back home. bought my mocha frappucino java chip and decided to walk over to ECP.
It was really windy coz it was actually gonna rain. haha.
Still, set by the beach.
and boy was it relaxing.
while sitting there trains of thoughts came in my mind.
cleared them all, well nt all but at least i feel so much better alr!
very therapeutic i must say! haha.

I felt so tired by the time i reached hm!
maybe coz too much walking alr. LOL.

It was mooncake festival!
Shiya,aloy and i joined jiayi's cell to make mooncakes!
Jiayi was reallly nice to let all of us come over! =)

First of all, we need to have 2 portions of flour. (depending on how many colours of mooncake u wanna have.) For us, we had two colours, green and purple.

and then, add in water and start mixing is with ur hands! after a while, add in the shortening and continue mixing!

awwws! sweeeet! LOL.

add in the colourings, just a few drops will do! then cont mixing till u get a dough!

we had green tea plus red bean paste.
our freshly baked almonds! it made the mooncake taste soooo much better coz of the crunch!

Time to finally make the mooncake!

Take a small bit of dough,roll it into a ball then flatten it.

put the paste in the centre. and roll it into a ball agn!

Today's the start of promos for my bro.
Criteria for promotion is that they mus get at least 35 or 38 pts. cant really rmb. Still, that means one will have to at least pass almost everything to get promoted! or if nt, do exceedingly well for one or two.
I was telling him tt we only needed to pass 1 h1 and 2 h2 to promote, nt sure bout now but tt was all we need to get durin my yr.
and he was like THATS ALL?! hahaha. but still, i almost couldnt make it. :x LOL.
Jus jia you alright! stop saying things like ur gonna retain and stuff. I do know how pressurising it is. I do know what ur talking about coz i've been thru it all! Like come on, u've always been better than me in studies, so if i made it up, u'd definitely be able to make it too! =)

I've been exercising religiously for the past 4 days!

It was cca day on mon! so shiya and i went back to sch to meet fiona and audrey! haha. but audrey didnt come coz she couldnt wake up! lazy lazy. LOL. But anyway cca day was alright only la nth much fantastic. It was jus walking ard and ard in circles, thinkin abt which cca shld we join.

Well, we reallyyy wanted to join vb. But then the seniors there were like super dao. The cannot be bothered with u kind. Like as if they veryyyy zai! really annoying man. With this kinda attitude how to attract ppl to join! haha. but still, we wrote our names down since it's nt compulsory to join.

Other then vb we signed up for wakeboarding too! The guy who approached us was sooooooo much more friendly plus enthusiastic! hahaha.so much so that it made us wanna join. haha. BUT it's so ex! 75 bucks for 1 session! ahhh. but he made it sound so funnn!

coz its so ex we were thinkin of gg for it jus once. haha. but then we're afraid tt after joining once we might fall in love with it. then die! LOL.

Anyways, after tt we headed off to bugis! we had lunch at wongkok cafe. anddd their seafood baked rice with portuguese sauce was really good! It kinda reminded of eighteen chef's baked rice! Delish! hahaha.

after lunch, fiona had to leave and so shiya and i went over to bugis st. andddd it was $10 everywhere! madness! hahaha. It actually came to a pt where i wondered how can it be thattt cheap! But still, got a shirt dress,a two-piece kinda dress top and a long yellow jacket! and each was only for $10! haha. damn cheap!

Met up wif the animal farm! Some of them,sadly,couldnt make it. Hopefully when the nxt outing comes, everyone will be there!cos its been aeons since i last saw some of them.

Unfortunately, on our way out, we were stopped by them and got asked if we were guests here. and he kept saying u guys came frm the beach rite.etc etc. and so we said oh yah we came to find our fren who's staying here. then tt guy asked for our fren's chalet no. haha then adolphus jus gave a no. 26 coz he remembered tt there was a 26.

and then tt fellow asked wad's ur frens name.

haha i was thinkin okay good game. coz i tot he'll check straight after asking.

but anyway adolphus said james( a common enuf name) hahaha.

and omg thankfully he didnt check! he jus said okay. and warned us agn. then we left! haha super heng!

fiona received this phone call and claimed tt her fren was in vivo as well and so she was gonna go meet her fren for a short while and then come find us agn.

so okay. and coming out frm best i realised kieran,wayne and the rest of the guys were missin. haha.so i asked jacinth, she said dunno maybe they wanna walk ard themselves.

i was like huh, okay. haha.

and so we went to the top of vivo where there's this amphitheatre.

well, we were suppose to go there initially. haha.

when we were there, fiona and the rest of the guys were there alr. haha.

nth much unusual, so okay.

then they brought out the cake.

i was very shock plus touched.hahaha.coz yah i admit i alr knew tt they're gonna celebrate my bday but i tot it was jus sentosa. haha.

it comes off so easily frm the bone. AND! the best thing is tt there was almost NO FATS! go to places like cafe cartel and u'll get loads of fats! super gross. haha.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY! <3

I am such a procrastinator.
I procrastinate almost about everything and anything.
At times, i really hate myself for being like that.
Ahhhh someone get me out of this vicious cycle!

Anddd for the first time, im dreading for my bday to come.
Don't really wanna be 19.
I wanna continue being 18! haha.
oh wells, but still kinda looking forward to it.
coz bdays usually=gatherings!

DIGRESSING,
Made a card and bought durian puffs frm joo chiat, Puteri Mas for daddy!
Initially, wanted to get the durian puffs frm goodwood park hotel.
But unfortunately, the puffs are sold during certain periods of the year. and they are only selling durian mooncake now.
Like why? why cant they sell it throughout the year!
Kinda panicked coz i knew it only last min and i really wanted to get him durian puffs!
so went to yahoo and learnt abt Puteri Mas.
blessing in disguise i guess.
coz it was nearer to my hse and the puffs were really good too!

daddy ate almost 3/4 of it before i even gave it to him. haha!
coz he thought that the puffs were bought by my mum's fren.
damn funny.
but then tt shows tt he liked it very much! im happy. haha.

So, ystd went over to clarke quay to have dinner at Fisherman's Wharf with SDL. haha!
it was my first time there actually.
i tot the fish and chips were good! and it was only 6.50!
portion was almost as big as the ones at fish&co.
haha.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GERALD AKA HORSE!

I jus got this news frm daddy.
ThaiPan is closing!
my first reaction was huh?!?! haha.
although im kinda sian of their food but still they had quite a lot of ppl patronising them.
esp the vjcians who crowd the place in the afternoons. haha.
and non residence also travel here to eat.
daddy says the mgmt here wants to change a new caterer thats why.
oh wells all i can say is im hoping tt the new caterer would be good! and not deprove like thaipan. haha.
i remembered being uberly excited when thaipan first opened coz it was soooo diff frm the previous caterer. The furnishings and all.
but i guess they expanded too fast. they started expanding to pasir ris, marine parade etc jus within a few months.
too ambitious alr.
Anyways, they are not really closing down!
they're gonna have a new outlet at changi! i think. haha.

But but, my family and i are invited for their opening ceremony! haha.

Met up wif some of the volleyballers!
Havent seen some of them for a really long time!

We settled at newyork newyork for dinner.

She's intending to do Law there.
But thing is she's nt feeling scared or sad gg over there.
I wonder how i'd feel if im the one who has to go.
Sad? scared? or super excited? coz im gonna start another stage of my life in an enitrely diff place. to be able to start all over agn.
well yeah maybe but i reckon i'd feel really sad the second time i leave. well maybe, im jus guessing. haha.
in case i leave for australia one day, sth which i've been harping on for a looong time. life in singapore is too fast-paced alr. so fast that at times i find it hard to breathe. =(
but it wun be in the near future i suppose. or it may not even happen! haha.

Mummy came back frm paris/london.

Hearing mummy talk about her trips is also the funniest thing ever.

She never fails to tickle me wif her stories.haha.

Mummy bought us tops anddd chocolates!

But other than chocs she bought this box of sth which the family has nv eaten before! haha.

Its sth like meringues wif cream filled in it. omg it was super delicious!

the box was done in a nite.haha.

i think u can get it in s'pore? but it'd be super ex and nt as nice i heard.

Met up wif the gals ystd!

swimming was cancelled.haha.

and anyway it rained so luckily we cancelled it.

So, we went to the swensens at T2 for their student lunch!

It's ++9.50 for a meal plus free flow of drinks.

the meal ranges frm pastas to burgers to baked rice!

super worth it. haha.

we started camwhoring after our meal. lol.

felt a little nostalgic when we started talking bout the past. our sec/jc life. esp sec sch days. everyday was so carefree! we didnt have to think about anything but jus play. Play play and more play! how we'd rush thru lunch after sch to play volleyball till 6 plus. There was always sth to look forward to after sch! Those days in the library where we'd go there to 'study' haha. and how noisy our grp always was till the librarian mdm noor knows us. lol. studying wasnt as stressful then.

In jc, though a tad more stressful due to promos and the big As. But SSG and the animal farm made my life in jc so much more memorable and fun! ahhh i miss those days soooo much man! =( those days with uniform, i dun have to think about wad i wanna wear. those days where we have to reach sch at 7.30 sharp and everyone wld start running or rushing to the gate everytime we see the gate closing.

surprisingly, im missing things which i hated most in sch. haha. these lil things were apart of my 12 yrs of studying. so im still nt used to it i guess.

oh well since im in sim-uol now, tt means i wun really be able to experience wad campus life is like but still i'd tried to make the most of my 3 yrs here! create as many memorable experiences!

for now, seeing so many tpjcians in sch jus makes it a tad comforting.

It's ironic how i only have school twice a week but yet im out everyday except for today. But will be out agn tonite. haha.
Dinner tonite will be with the volleyballers. It's sth like a 'send off' for yilin coz she's leaving for the US to study.
Tt reminded me of jialin's send off. Everyone was very emotional tt day.
But i'll be waiting for 16th nov! when u return! =)

Ive had loads of good food for this week!
But when i say good food, it dosent have to be food tts ex, it can also be food tt u put in ur mouth and say 'hmmm nice!!' haha.
Like dinner wif the pig at simpang bedok ystd.
Food was good but wasnt pricey. But i think we ordered too much! haha. It's at SPIZE if ur wondering. hah.

Back tracking a little to wed, our og celebrated fiona's bday at Blu Jaz!
The atmosphere was very cosy and romantic. laid back i'd say!
great chill-out place too! haha.
coz the place was totally dimly litted.
gals we shld go there someday!

That place had 2 lvls.
The second level which we went after dinner was for drinks.
it was much more romantic. haha.
Fiona's bf came shortly from behind, holding a cake.
super sweet i tell you! haha.
The surprise was a success! leaving fiona really shocked! lol.
I found it really sweet coz usually the bf would liase wif the gal's closer frens, no?
But instead wif the og mates. haha.
Btw, i thought the cake was really nice! lol.
Its frm four leaves, chocolate exotic.
I left the place wif a bad headache thou. =(
but luckily by the time i reached hm im fine alr. =)

i've decided to blog and not procrastinate it! haha. sth tt i must change!
schedule has been rather packed even though i only go back to school on tues and thurs. 2 lessons each day. 1 lesson 3 hrs so 6 hrs for a day. haha.
but im nt complaining coz i planned it. and it was smart move coz clementi's like damn far. and im very grateful tt i've got shiya! =) i bet ur gateful u have me too rite? HAHAHA.

anyway, digressing a little.

On 27 july, met up wif my og mates for swensons and minds cafe!
Thats Elaine! It happened to be her bday tt day. so we decided to give her a surprise. The cake was cookies and cream ice-cream cake! cookies and creammm my all time fav! hahaha. so yup she was super surprised haha.coz totally didnt expect it.

bro obviously didnt have enuf. so no choice ordered another plate for jus himself! and the portion was soo much bigger la!

Hey all!
I know i havent updated for a long time.
Tt's coz i was kinda busy for the past 2 weeks.
A really quick update!
came back from the 3 day orientation camp on fri which i thought was really fun!
and before the camp started, managed to send jialin off to aussie.
everyone felt really emotional tt day. =(
luckily the ogls were nice enuf to let me turn up late.

before all tt i worked at MI SWACO, where zhen's working for 2 days coz they needed someone to fill in. i worked as a receptionist on the first day which i thought was pretty interesting n fun coz i ve never done anything like tt before. then on the second day helped out doin hr stuff which was super siannnn plus tedious. hahaha.

then went to sentosa too! wif the usual peeps.
FUN! but came back wif ugly tan marks.

now after the 3 day camp i have MORE ugly tan marks!
i'll be meeting everybody agn on tues!
coz sim-uol booked butterfactory.*beams*

and i finally got my contacts!
still trying to get use to it. esp wearing it. trying to put it in as fast as possible so tt i dont waste time!haha.

i have mixed feelings bout it.

All i noe is that im gonna give my all this time round! This is a promise i give to myself and my family! not gonna disappoint them anymore!

As in the prospects and all and its 3 yrs direct honours.=)
and the best thing is to hear my relatives' encouragements and all. haha. coz i had the thinking tt they will look down on me considering the fact how well their kids do.
when i told this to mummy she was like 'no lah! they never look down on you! they even say sim-uol not bad but just very ex.' haha.
it felt good. really. =)
i was still dreading for any family dinners to come! hahaha.

Digressing, the weekends were great!
Loads of family bonding! haha. coz bro FINALLY finished his exams. and FINALLY the 4 of us could have dinner together!
caught the JAY CHOU WORLD TOUR again wif bro and mummy on sat. haha. thanks to shiya! loves!
it was great! didnt feel sian at all. haha!

Then ystd went to nanyang optical at parkway coz i wanna get contacts. haha.
The optician who served me was Edith Ho. very sweet and friendly! yup. if u happen to go there maybe u can request for her. =)
contacts will come soon prolly fri or nxt tues. yup. then i'll see if i like it. haha.

I skipped the sim-uol orientation on mon.
coz it was at 8.30 and i couldnt wake up and also coz my day was diff frm shiya's. haha.
but anyway shiya went for hers ystd and she said it was kinda boring and even left early. so lucky i didnt go huh. lol.
But we might be gg for the orientation camp which is suppose to be a 3 day thing from 16jul to 18jul at aloha loyang. staying at some chalet.
HOPEFULLY it'll be fun lah. If nt waste my money!
coz we have to pay 38 bucks for it.
but then agn shiya said we may nt get it or sth like tt coz they can only take 2oo ppl? am i right? haha.
so i guess the response has been overwhelming? haha. and im kinda surprised. =/ hahaha.

also i finally went to register for driving on fri! before meeting the gals for k box! but my btt date hasnt been fixed.
kwan and i have been complaining about how our slots disappear. so she says she's gonna call them to ask why. haha.
hopefully we'll get a slot soon. =)
